Gamuda Employment Transition Programme
Established in 2017, Gamuda’s Enabling Academy conducts an Employment Transition Programme (ETP) that trains and places individuals with low-support autism into companies that embrace diversity and inclusion in their workforce.
The Academy also runs a Train the Trainer programme for those interested in establishing their Employment Transition Programme in their communities. This training is suitable for: Special Education Teachers, Community-based Rehabilitation Practitioners, Lecturers of Polytechnics, Community Colleges and other institutions, Job Coaches and Occupational Therapists.

About Temple Grandin:
Temple Grandin is an autistic person, a female, and a Ph.D. holder. Currently, she is an associate professor in the Department of Animal Science at Colorado State University. She is a designer of livestock and meat processing equipment. Half of the cattle in the United States are handled by equipment she designed.
Grandin devoted all her energy to designing livestock equipment and researching autism.
